1. Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
2. Delivery Options & Times
- Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 working days
- Express UK Delivery: 1–2 working days
- Large or Heavy Items: May take longer due to courier handling times
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order.
- Free delivery may be available for orders over a certain value (see promotions for details).
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
- You can track your parcel online via the courier’s website.
5. Delivery Restrictions
- We currently deliver within the UK only.
- Some remote areas may have longer delivery times.
6. Missed Deliveries
If you are not available when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- Please check your items upon delivery.
- If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos (if applicable).
