Ordering

1. Do I need an account to place an order?

No — you can checkout as a guest, but creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and reorder quickly.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.

3. How long will delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK standard delivery takes 2–5 working days, and express delivery is available.

4. How much is delivery?

Delivery charges depend on your order weight, size, and location. The cost will be calculated at checkout.

5. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the UK.

6. Can I track my order?

Yes — once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

7. Can I change or cancel my order?

8. What is your returns policy?

You can return unused items within 14 days for a full refund (excluding delivery costs). See our Returns Policy for full details.

9. What should I do if my item is damaged or faulty?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

10. Do your products come with a warranty?
