We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, our returns and refunds policy is as follows:
1. Returns
- You can return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Certain products, such as custom-cut cables or special-order items, are non-returnable unless faulty.
2. How to Return
- Contact us at greentecelectricltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and an address.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us of any faults or damage within 48 hours.
- We may request photos to speed up the replacement or refund process.
- Faulty items will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost to you.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For a different product, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
